We don't sell plans. You pay only when you onboard a box, store it, fulfill an order, or take a return. Every charge writes a ledger row tied to the originating object.
Per-box, per-tier. Pick the smallest box your inventory fits into.
Receiving & inventory-setup is a one-time fee charged at PSN submit (stocking + the first month's storage). Monthly storage rolls on the 1st of every month for each active SKU bucket. Pallet pricing is a separate line further down.
Box dimensions
Match your actual shipment dimensions to the storage tier you select. If inventory received exceeds the declared tier, USA Errands reserves the right to re-tier the line on receipt and the fee difference is automatically debited from your wallet. Accurate box measurements help avoid delays and discrepancy charges.
Common questions.
Do you take a percentage of my sales?
No. Our fees cover physical fulfillment services only — receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping. All sales revenue remains yours.
What happens if my wallet balance is depleted?
New orders are paused until the balance is restored, and your inventory remains stored with us. Should charges remain outstanding, we will contact you in advance of any further action.
Do you handle customs clearance?
Inbound shipments must be sent on a delivery duty paid (DDP) basis. Once goods arrive at our warehouse, they are treated as domestic shipments. USA Errands does not act as the importer of record.
Can I withdraw funds from my wallet?
Yes. Please contact us at hello@myusaerrands.com to request a withdrawal. Funds are returned to the original payment method.
Which carriers are supported?
Domestic shipments are dispatched via USPS, UPS, and FedEx by default, with rate options surfaced at order creation. Additional regional carriers can be enabled upon request.
Is a long-term contract required?
No. Inventory may be withdrawn at any time, subject to a standard outbound handling fee.
